Hand-embroidered pillowcase with a motif of an early morning on the beach. Each pillowcase is unique. The embroidery doesn't follow a strict pattern which allows each of the pillowcases to be an original, one-of-a-kind piece to decorate your sofa, armchair or any other part of your home. Made sustainably from local deadstock materials.

Morning in Sand Blue (50 x 50 cm)

This pillowcase is made from a deadstock fabric in sand shade of light beige and embroidered with deadstock dark blue yarn.

Deadstock fabric (mix of fibres), Deadstock yarn (30 % Wool, 70 % polyacryl - 20 % Polyacrylic High Bulk (PC-HB)

Morning in Limestone Black (40 x 40 cm)

This pillowcase is made from a deadstock cotton fabric in natural creamy "limestone-like" shade and embroidered with deadstock black yarn.

Care Instructions

Hand embroidery - please handle with care to ensure the pillowcase will become a long term member at your home. Washing in hand is recommended or if you need to use the washing machine, turn the pillowcase inside out and put in in a washing sack (e.g. for lingerie or any textile sack that you can close and use in the washing machine). Choose a gentle program with low temperature (max 30°) and low turns and add a gentle laundry detergent. Wash with similar colors of fabrics.

Origin

All fabrics and threads used for the To Remember collection come from Czech deadstock textile shop Textile Mountain. The yarns for the embroidry come from Textile Mountain and several vintage shops and second hands. All of the materials have been hand picked by the designer and washed several times to ensure the best quality and durability of the final product.
